To transfer files to someone using our software, you can follow these four easy steps:

 

  • Visit the Filesharer homepage and click the "Start Transfer" button in the header.
  • Choose the files you want to share.
  • Select the transfer option, either "Link" or "Email," and fill in the mandatory transfer details (Your email and receiver's email).
  • Click the "Transfer" button, and that's it!

Yes, everyone can transfer and share files via FileSharer without the need for account registration. However, if you want free 20GB storage and to track your data transfers along with other features, you can log in to a free or paid account.

Our file managing portal is simple and professional, suitable for everyone.

 

Our customer portal consists of five built-in sections:

 

  • Dashboard (where you can see your overall account storage and the number of transfers, etc.)
  • My Transfer (Here, you'll be able to see all your transfers, including total number, expired transfers, and canceled stats.)
  • My Subscription (View your active subscription plan and upgrade your plan from here)
  • My Tickets (All support tickets made via the contact form will appear here as opened, replied, and closed).
  • Settings (Edit your account information like name, email, password, profile, and more).

Yes, our file-sharing platform is compatible and responsive on all devices (smartphone, tablet, laptop, and desktop).

If the sender has sent files successfully, and you haven't received them in your email, it could be due to two reasons:

 

  • Wrong email address
  • Email is in your spam folder (make sure to add mandatory text while sending email)

Our file-sharing platform doesn't have any restrictions on file types. You can share and receive any data.

The file expiry period depends on your subscription type. Free accounts have a file expiry of 45 days, while paid plans offer file expiry ranging from 4 Months to unlimited access.

Additionally, paid plans allow you to set a custom expiry date for file deletion.

Max transfer size is the size you can share with our file sharer in a single transfer. The Free plan comes with a 5GB limit, while Paid plans have larger limits ranging from 20GB to 230GB.
 
On the other side, Storage is the space given to you according to your subscription plan. The free plan has 20GB storage and paid plans have a range from 250GB to 3TB. This storage is build up of your transfers which you have made to someone via email or link. The more the storage the more data can be saved in your account for future downloads. 

Yes, you can upgrade any plan at any time before expiration. Just head over to the Subscription tab and click "Upgrade." The upgrade amount will be prorated from your previous plan to ensure you don't lose any money.

To change your account email:

 

  1. Login to your Filesharer portal.
  2. Go to Settings > Account Details.
  3. Edit the "Email Address" field with your desired email and click Save.

 

To change your password:

 

  1. Visit "Change password" in settings.
  2. Enter your current and new passwords.
  3. Click Save Changes.

To set up 2FA authentication on your account:

 

  1. Visit "2FA Authentication" under settings.
  2. Download "Google Authenticator" or "Microsoft Authenticator" on your mobile.
  3. Log in to the app, and scan the barcode shown on Filesharer.

 

That's it! You have successfully enhanced the security of your account.
